The pieces that finish a room and the ones that furnish it. Throws and cushions, mirrors and dreamcatchers, door knobs and coat hangers, alongside lamps and lampshades, chairs and the larger furniture.

Most of what you see here is made by Kenyan artisans working in dhow wood, brass, beadwork and cloth, often in the same workshops we have worked with for years. Nothing is mass-produced, so textures and grain vary from piece to piece, which is what gives them their character.
