Refund policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for most items within 14 days of purchase.

Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, all beauty products and soaps cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be undamaged.
  • Must have receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us at info@bluerhinoafrica.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange.
  2. We will communicate the best way to return the item.
  3. Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.

For exchanges involving items of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference in price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Beauty products: This includes makeup, skincare products, hair care products, and fragrances.
  • Soaps: This includes bar soaps, liquid soaps, and hand sanitizers.
  • Creams: This includes body creams, hand creams, and facial creams.

If you have questions or concerns about whether your specific item is returnable, please don't hesitate to contact us.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
