We deliver across Kenya. The rate for your area is shown at checkout.

  • Nairobi, by motorbike courier: KES 800 to Gigiri, Muthaiga, Runda, Westlands and nearby; KES 1,500 to the CBD, Kilimani, Lavington and nearby; KES 1,800 to Karen, Ruaka, Kiambu, Ngong, Rongai and nearby.
  • Beyond Nairobi, for parcels under 10kg: KES 3,000 to Nanyuki, Nyeri and Mt Kenya; KES 4,500 to Naivasha and Nakuru; KES 5,500 to Mombasa and the coast; KES 6,500 to Lamu.
  • Collect in store: choose pickup at Village Market or New Muthaiga Mall at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Returns & exchanges

We are happy to exchange most items within 14 days of purchase. Pieces should be new and unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and come with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email info@bluerhinoafrica.com before sending anything back and we will advise the best way to return it. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know straight away.

For hygiene reasons, beauty products, soaps and creams cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also not returnable.
